Skills Questionnaire

An on line questionnaire covering 65 multiple choice questions across 9 competencies, The Questionnaire allows companies to benchmark areas of knowledge and expertise against the average score of our database of global purchasing professionals as well as sector specific categories.

The Questionnaire provides an important evaluation of the Purchasing Knowledge of a company as a whole, and its individuals.

Skills Capability Assessment

An organisational skills benchmark against leading companies in your market sector as well as in other industries will allow you to gain competitive advantage in the area of procurement, giving tangible real benefits to your organisation

When completed with semi structured interviews it gives complete picture of strengths and development needs and allows a plan to be mapped to both improve individual and organizational capability.

The assessment can be completed via an online questionnaire and /or face to face interview

The face to face interview follows a structured process which is based around finding out what the delegates actually do. This then allows for validation of scores and to probe further the strengths and weaknesses.

The organisation is then presented with a suite of user friendly reports including comparison against competency benchmarks, sector benchmarks, country benchmarks and best in class.
